Happy Spring!
Here at Olive we are full speed into the events season. It starts earlier and earlier every single year. Over the last couple of weeks, we have had a lot of big wins to celebrate. ShamROCK was a smashing success. Our team was able to secure over 114 media hits. We also just wrapped up Taste of Third Avenue in Downtown Chula Vista. It sold out! We also had a blast knocking it out of the park with media coverage – there were over 18 businesses featured on 6 stations which resulted in 40 different TV segments.
Have you checked out the Cardiff Farmer’s Market? We are so proud to be continuing our partnership with them. We were first hired to lead into the 1-Year Anniversary Celebration, and they have decided to stick with us!
We are moving fast into the weekend, excited for the Block Party in East Village and the Oceanside Museum of Art Exhibition Celebration, celebrating the newly opened exhibitions Allied Craftsmen: Hands On Design, Coastal Exposures, and Ving Simpson, both taking place on March 30th.
The Olives have been all over San Diego making sure to shine all the spotlights on our clients.
We also have celebrating to do… the Olive family is growing! We just renewed our contract with Downtown Chula Vista for another year.
We are also working with Sarah Stieber to illuminate her 4th gallery take over in Little Italy! Her Grand Opening Party is April 18th. You can get the details here.
We are having the time of our lives partnering up with Laurel McFarland on the La Jolla Concours d’ Elegance coming this April! Be sure to get your tickets. It’s a full weekend of luxury – from cars to culinary to cocktails…
We are also very excited to be working with the new Union Hall Gallery in Golden Hill highlighting their Inaugural Long-Term Exhibition The Art of Experience by Ted Berryman and Martha Moramay Cuevas. The Opening Reception is scheduled for May 4 and the exhibition will remain on display until June 16th.
We are also thrilled to share that we are working with Dr. Jenny Palmiotto for a pre-screening of Ezra and panel discussion about Autism on May 21st.

I don’t usually share this kind of information in our newsletter, but there is magic in the air and I wanted to spread it. Sometimes just hearing about excitement can stir up your own.
I noticed an entrepreneur celebrating all the wins lately and I had to ask myself why I have been too focused to stop and smell the daisies! This is me smelling the daisies and sharing them with friends.
