The New Olive

It is with complete jubilation that I introduce you to the new and improved Olive! We have been working on the rebrand for what seems like forever, but really, it hasn’t been long. Just one year ago, someone asked me if I was ready for a new look and, admittedly, I snapped back that we didn’t need a new brand. I couldn’t see that we had outgrown our roots. I wasn’t able to comprehend that we needed to be repotted in a more colorful and sophisticated pot to ensure we could grow with purpose once again.

At Olive, our mission is to amplify the voices of the most positively powerful people and brands to support them in making a bigger impact. That hasn’t changed much, but what has changed is our ability to make an even bigger impact as a team. We have grown by leaps and bounds, and so have the clients we work with. In the beginning, it was just me, and the old branding was a fit. And, truthfully, I loved it right until the moment I saw this beautiful work of art created by BLVR.

Here’s what I told them. I said, here’s who we are now and here’s who we have been. I asked them to take us from acoustic to amplified, and they delivered. What I love most is that this mark is a work of art that truly tells our story. Here’s what it represents:

Foundation. Every solid business has a strong foundation. At Olive, we are rooted in meaningful values and a powerful strategy that support us in achieving extraordinary results.

The Olive Way. This is our way of replicating success over and over again. Every campaign starts with a strategy and a plan that aligns with our client’s goals. We focus on the result of our results.

Illuminate. We do not make our clients great – they are already great. We simply illuminate that greatness.

International. Our reach is global and we are global thinkers and doers.

Stories. We are storytellers. We help our clients identify their stories and we share them with the right people.

Amplify. We ensure our clients’ voices are heard by amplifying them to the world.

We hope you will enjoy being brought up to speed on who we are today! The journey has been filled with so many incredible #OlivePRMoments. From locking in our first client, Beyond the Border (who we still work with today, now known as Art San Diego), to the first time we embarked on New York desksides, to the time we had two hits in the New York Times on the same day, to learning that we were going to represent The Color Run in over 25 markets throughout the US, and so many others, it has been a wild and exciting ride. There have been many moments when I’ve even been moved to tears, like the first time we met with the Little Italy Association board (now part of the Olive famiglia), or when we received a beautiful ‘thank you’ video from the Songa designers in Rwanda. We have been blessed to work with so many amazing people who wake up every day on a mission to make people smile, live more fully, and enjoy life.
