You ask and you shall receive… at least that’s how it felt when I told my husband we needed “a Jordanne” and minutes later there she was.
While I was on maternity leave, I spent a lot of time thinking and one afternoon I was describing the skills I needed in my next hire and realized I was describing Jordanne, one of Olive’s first employees and someone who played a major role in growing the business. A few minutes later, I walked into the kitchen and found a box that had been sitting there for three days or so and I opened it to find a gift and a letter from her – the Jordanne. Talk about serendipity. I couldn’t believe the timing, so I picked up the phone to call her and thank her and tell her how crazy the timing was. And so it happened… a few days later she rejoined our team. Not only did I get a Jordanne, I got “the Jordanne.”
We are so happy to be joining forces once again. Now, she’s here to launch Olive Phoenix, Arizona. That’s right… we are heading East… well, a tiny bit.
Jordanne Pallesen will open the second Olive branch in downtown Gilbert and serve as the Director of Arizona. Since being an Olive, she has expanded her expertise in marketing, public relations and business leadership working in-house at a variety of fast-growing start-ups. Jordanne brings a diverse skill set to the Olive team and a deep understanding of the needs of business owners looking to make an impact and grow their business.
